Prior to joining Maynard & Sumner, L.L.C., Steve practiced at two of the largest law firms in New Jersey where he represented clients in federal and state tax controversies, securities fraud, and other white-collar crimes. Steve also advises individuals on complex estate planning, administration and counseled multi-national corporations with respect to tax issues, ERISA compliance and other employee benefits issues.
Steve, a licensed CPA, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves as President of the Morris/Sussex Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, and a former President and Trustee of the Harvard Law School Alumni Association of New Jersey.
